The app also adds a new "Shake to Pay" feature, which will bring up the barcode of the owner's Starbucks Card anytime by shaking their mobile device. Starbucks said the new app includes a number of user interface changes as well, which are meant to make the app quicker and easier to use. The Starbucks app is free to download from the iTunes App Store. The new version arrives next week. Starbucks said similar changes will come to the Android mobile app later this year.
